Magnetic Particle Special End Area Testing System

Reliant NDT offers multiple Special End Area (SEA) inspection packages. We have eliminated the need for a charging rod for the induction of a circular field to inspect for longitudinal flaws. Tubular products simply need to be placed in the inspection station and the charge is applied, allowing for a reduced equipment footprint and decreased inspection time. Our systems can be simple, skid-mounted platforms or fully enclosed booths with all necessary inspection equipment. Reliant NDT can also handle all pipe handling requirements.

Multidirectional Field: Reliant NDT offers SEA systems that can induce a multidirectional field in the pipe. This API-approved inspection method will detect flaws of any orientation in the pipe in a single step. This system drastically reduces inspection time while providing a superior inspection when compared to traditional methods.
