Full Body Testing Systems

Reliant NDT manufactures ultrasonic inspection units for full body inspection of seamless or welded tubular products. Our units use compression wave and shear wave ultrasonic inspection methods to test the full body of the pipe for longitudinal, transverse and oblique flaws as well as wall thickness compliance. Our units are customizable for any combination of flaw inspection criteria.

Reliant NDT's Full Body Testing Systems include the pipe handling required to rotate the pipe as it is being inspected for full, consistent coverage. Units can be configured to handle a wide array of pipe sizes and also to handle upset ends.
