Skelp Testing Systems

Reliant NDT manufactures skelp inspection systems to meet a wide variety of requirements. Our skelp units are designed to inspect the skelp prior to forming and welding for laminar defects using compression wave ultrasonics. Our systems can be custom configured to inspect part of the skelp, with optional oscillation across the full skelp width, or to inspect 100% of the skelp area.
