Immersion Tank Testing Systems

Reliant NDT manufactures immersion tanks in a wide range of sizes for ultrasonic inspection of fully immersed parts. We have systems currently in operation that inspect parts as large as an aircraft wing. Our units accommodate transducer movement in multiple axis and fully integrate motion control mechanics and signal processing. Systems can be designed for contour following in order to inspect curved parts. We utilize cutting edge data acquisition software.
