Square Billet or Round Bar Testing Systems

Our Billet/Bar Testing Systems are custom designed for each customer’s application. We have manufactured systems to inspect both square billet and round bars. Compression wave transducers are used for detection of internal flaws and shear wave transducers may be provided for detection of surface flaws.

The Reliant NDT system is designed to handle a range of product sizes and lengths. In-line and off-line systems may be provided to satisfy various testing speed requirements and product specifications.
